On the amazing island of Gotland, outside the coast of Sweden not much fish is edible due to being part of the Baltic Sea which is in a very bad condition. Even so, some of the tastiest food from fish restaurants can be found here. This is Restaurant "Bak fickan" or "back pocket" in the capital Visby serving salmon, fish soup and the swedish classic Skagenröra.
