a druze women making us some delicious wholemeal pita bread on the roadside after surfing up north.. food in israel and the middle east is much more than sustenance.. it is pride.. joy.. communication.. legacy.. and so much more..
and this one was in the middle of nowhere.. you literally drive out of a nature reserve by the sea and through banana plantations and out of the blue there she was with her husband..

So many warnings about not doing this, but if I'm going to die of food poisoning, so be it! :-)
