Colorful Collioure

View from Château Royal de Collioure, France

Collioure's Royal Castle, lighthouse, and lovely sea views were inspiration for artists such as Matisse and Picasso during the early twentieth century.

According to Matisse, "No sky in all France is more blue than that of Collioure."

  4. Thank you all! Yes, it does remind one of a Room with a View, doesn't it? In Southern France, it's impossible to take a bad photo! :)
