And this picture pretty much sums up EVERYTHING. Today, I spent the day first biting my fingernails, then clapping each time the results for a state were confirmed, then, finally, jumping with joy and crying my eyes out with relief and a restoration of faith in the system and in my fellow citizens. I wrote a post about the day on my blog. This photo was taken soon after victory was announced on the live CNN feed we watched at an election returns watch party in Tokyo, Japan. Today was amazing and beautiful and... amazing. Wow. And to make this qualify for orange: Knock knock. Who's there? Orange. Orange who? Orange you glad I voted for Barack Obama?
