There are several urban myths associated with them: some say gangs use them to mark out their territory, others mention drug dealings......this was shot in a rather safe part of the city so I dont think any of that applies....In fact it was close to the school's stadium so I am guessing, they were tossed for fun after a game (victory celebrations, probably?)
Haha.....was this strung up between buildings or something, or is it a wire?
