Viva Mexico... en Japon.

I'm sure many of us GT bloggers have experienced that burning craving for a taste of home at some point in our various global wanderings. As it happens, my hometown is in Southern California, which means Mexican food is a staple. It also happens to be particularly difficult to come across good (even passable) Mexican food in Asia, so I was excited when my friend Mike busted out the homemade tortilla recipe he learned at his mom's apron strings. Que bueno!! The tortillas were accompanied by Mike's own cream cheese stuffed peppers - veramente delicioso, veramente homemade. Cooked up in Mike's kitchen in Tokyo, Japan.
