It doesn't take long for the authorities to clear the major roads and pathways after a snowfall.

ReplyDeleteSha'ira: Yes - taken from a Lufthansa aircraft as we came into land in Munich from Dubai.
Just after I took this pic and we were about 30m off the runway, the pilot was forced to abort the landing and go back up as there was too much crosswind! In all our flying it's only happened to us twice - both times coming into Munchen!
