Ozoni


This is a picture of my first ever attempt at making ozoni, a traditional food for New Year's day in Japan. True to its experimental nature, I forgot to add some kind of green vegetable...

    hahaha- it's actually a toasted mochi with daikon (japanese radish) in a broth i made.
