Ancient Technology

This antique mughal era flask is made of silver with a cloth covering, it was used by hunting parties to store beverages and has a vaccume in the middle to keep ice for a long time so the beverage stays cold, of Indian origion, it was photographed in a house in Lahore, Pakistan.

  1. That's really fascinating, I studied the Mughals dynasty once, I love their art.

  2. I love Mughal art, fortunately I have had the chance to see a lot of Mughal era stuff closely, the more you go into the detail the more amazing it gets.
