Mandy is a traditional and absolutely amazingly yummmy dish found in the UAE and I believe Yemen as well. The best I have eaten can be found at Beit al Mandy (the house of Mandi) in Sharjah.
because whether its persian ashpalau or chinese heinan chicken or my grandmothers chicken stuffed with rice with raisins and almonds with spices - i think chicken and rice is an all round winner.. yummeny yum yum
