Tokyo Halloween Train

One of the coolest things about living in Tokyo is the annual gaijin (foreigner) Halloween train ride. This event is organized purely by word-of-mouth and basically consists of varying degrees of drunk gaijin all dressed up for Halloween taking over a couple of the cars on the train line that circles the city. The unsuspecting Japanese train riders either go with the flow or wait for the next train. This older lady didn't seem phased as she chatted with a couple of younger partying hooligans (that's what the guy's costume was supposed to be, but I think he looked more like Howard Stern).
