Lake Mahodand

Tired and weary after a 6 hour trek to the Mahodand Lake, Mahodand means lake of fish and the lake has an abundant number of them, turqoise glacial water feeds the lake and it is definately worth the trek, although I'v heard now there is a gravel road going to it. Surrounded by pine trees, beautiful grassy meadows and wild flowers this lake is situated near Kalam in the Swat Valley in Pakistan.
