This picture was taken at the National Ballon classic, Indianola, Iowa, United States of America, we had gone there for the baloon festival and camped at Lake Ahquabi over the weekend.
haha....but he had it all planned out with ample help form her Dad..he went up with the ring and all, though he did admit later he would have not known what to do if she got angry and threw the ring down!!! :)
