We have a very strong work play balance in Israel.. we work hard but also have a healthy frequency of r&r style trips with our colleagues.. this was up north last year.. ps lurve the song matey!
Well I reckon that's a good balance, plus it's good for the general atmosphere at work to be doing fun stuff with your colleagues (not that work can't be fun...but well you know what I mean).
