Saw these similarly dressed beautiful young ladies moving equipment into a truck today, they had the most amazing colors braided in their hair and I couldn't resisted asking to photograph them. They along with their family work as entertainers doing stage performances and african music, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

ReplyDeleteI tried to communicate with them but there was not much english, My assumption is that they study in their home country, they are just visiting and performing in the UAE because they were living in a hotel.

ReplyDeleteIn Jamaica, the school girls will add colourful braids to their hair for Sports Day as well. It's always very interesting to see! ;-)
