No one brave enough

It was -13°C on this day in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) in Germany.

No one was keen enough to sit on the snow-covered terrace, but we did stand there and sip hot raspberry tea.

Yes, that is about 6" of snow covering everything - click on the image to see it more clearly!

    Seriously, when I took one look at the pic, the tables looked like small cakes, covered in white marsipan or cream.. lol
