The cheapest most simple hotel room can be worth a million if you look out of the window and have such a view. It looks like the window and the Aegean Sea have become one...
I reckon location is the most important...I pay as little as possible when I stay somewhere and still manage to get great views or good location. One just has to put in the effort to find it :)

I love windows with that kind of a view. Some cheap rooms at hotels have such wonderful views.
