Don't believe everything that you hear - you can get some really bad service on Emirates just as you can on any other airline!
The problem is because they are growing so rapidly, their new crews are put through "speed training". Before long, the good ones are promoted out of Economy Class into Business and First. What used to take a couple of years flying experience in Economy before promotion has considerably shortened in time.
Their saving grace is the excellent onboard entertainment system that sees all passengers have access to on-call movies, games, tv series etc.
Emirates' planes stand at the gates, taking on cargo and passengers as they prepare for more flights towards world domination!
have never traveled by Emirates...but have heard tales abt how great their service is!!
