I still can't understand why they don't plant more Al Ghaf trees as part of the city landscaping instead of all the manicured plants that require so much water and care to keep alive. The UAE is one of the biggest water users on this planet, and a lot of it is being wasted on greening unecessary areas around road systems.
I hear you nzm, the way they are planting about all over the place is now a sustainable usage of water. There will be a shortage because of all of this waste...it's really sad.
