SA'ROTTA (betel nut cutter)


Bought at an auction in Hyderabad, belonging to some nawab from the Hyderabad family.
This brass instrument is designed for the cutting of betel nut. Which is used in betel leaf/Paan.It is a must in every home, and is also made of silver/ steel.

  2. It is a must in every "indian" household. I have had my fingers cut on one several times while playing with it when i was wittle.
